Only what you really did, in each job’s words.
Sivio keeps one record of your real work, each fact tagged Led, Did or Helped. For every job ad, it writes a CV and cover letter in the ad’s own words, using only those facts. A check built into the app rejects any line it can’t trace back to one of them.
Then it keeps track of every application: where it went, what you sent, and what happened next.
Example
Your record · Front office supervisor, 320-room hotel
Dealt with guest complaints at reception. Negative reviews went from 14% to 6%.
Your CV for a guest relations job
Resolved guest complaints at the front desk; negative reviews fell from 14% to 6%.
- Same numbers
- Nothing added
- Still “Did”
From your fact: “Dealt with guest complaints at reception…” Highlighted words are new.
Rejected before you see it
Led the guest relations team that cut negative reviews to 6%.
Your fact says Did, not Led. The line is written again, or kept in your own words.
How it works
You already have the experience. Every job ad just asks for it a little differently.
-
Bring your CVs
Import a PDF, a Word file, a photo of a printed CV, or the PDF LinkedIn makes. Two CVs become one record; where they disagree, you decide once. No CV? Answer a few questions instead.
-
Say what was yours
Every fact in your record carries a tag: Led, Did or Helped. You set it, and only you can change it.
-
Read the job ad
Paste or share an ad and see which of its must-haves you can show. If it asks for something your record doesn’t show, Sivio asks you. It never assumes.
-
Check, then send
Every line shows the fact it came from. Keep it, edit it, or use your original. Then share a PDF or Word file, or apply by email from your own Mail account.
The AI writes. The code checks.
Sivio uses AI to find the words each job ad is looking for. Before you see anything it wrote, code on your iPhone checks every line against your record. A line is rejected if:
- it doesn’t point to a fact in your record;
- it has a number, name, place, tool or job title its fact doesn’t have;
- it lists a skill your record doesn’t have;
- it claims more than your tag allows. “Helped” never becomes “Led”.
A rejected line is written again. If the new version fails too, Sivio uses your own words. Numbers, job titles, employers and dates are never changed.
- Led
- You ran it or directed others.
- Did
- You did it yourself.
- Helped
- You were part of a team that did it.
What the check can’t do. It compares the AI’s writing with your record. It can’t know whether your record is true, so keep it to what you really did, and read every line before you send it.
CVs and cover letters are written in English for now.

Prices are shown in your currency in the App Store and in the app before you pay. Apple handles payment, renewal and refunds. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; to avoid the next charge, cancel in your iPhone’s Settings at least 24 hours before the free week or the current period ends.
Your data stays yours
There’s no account to make. The AI only sees what it needs, and only when you ask.
- No account, no ads, no tracking.
- Your record lives on your iPhone, and in your own iCloud if you use it. We can’t read either.
- Your email address, phone number and links are taken out on your phone before any text is sent.
- Text goes through our server to Anthropic’s Claude only when you ask for a reading or a rewrite. Our server doesn’t keep it, and Anthropic doesn’t use it to train its models.
